Using your own graph paper, follow the visual steps above...
or the written steps below...

Then gather your fabric...

Transfer the pattern to your Design Wall... (PaolaJo uses Hobbs Heirloom Batting).
Add the Swooshes of Color... and start adding your fabric squares!

Quilt as desired... by hand, with a domestic sewing machine, or on a LongArm Quilting frame...

Here's the quick math, in case you want your Cross of Many Squares to be a different size...
Add Borders, if you want to... then Binding... maybe even a hanging sleeve...
